RECENT COURT ORDERS

From time to time, Virgin Plus may be subject to Court Orders that require us to disable access to certain unlawful content on the Internet. You can find copies of these Orders below:

Federal Court File No. T-743-24

Access to certain infringing live streams of National Hockey League (NHL), National Basketball Association (NBA), Premier League, UEFA European Championship 2024, Major League Baseball (MLB)and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) games has been blocked in Canada by Bragg Communications Inc. dba Eastlink, Cogeco Connexion Inc., Fido Solutions Inc., Rogers Communications Canada Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications, TekSavvy Solutions Inc., Telus Communications Inc., Videotron Ltd., 2251723 Ontario Inc. dba VMedia, and Bell Canada pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court (Canada) dated July 9, 2024, in Federal Court File No. T-743-24.

The Plaintiffs in this case are Rogers Media Inc., Rogers Communications Inc., Groupe TVA Inc., FuboTV Inc., Le Réseau des sports (RDS) Inc., The Sports Network Inc., CTV Specialty Television Enterprises Inc., BCE Inc., and Bell Media Inc. (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”).

If you are the operator of any of the servers that have been blocked or a third party or Internet service customer affected by the Order, you may apply to the Federal Court to discharge or vary the Order pursuant to paragraph 23 of the Order.

Access to certain infringing live streams of Major League Baseball (MLB) games has been blocked in Canada by Bragg Communications Inc. dba Eastlink, Cogeco Connexion Inc., Fido Solutions Inc., Rogers Communications Canada Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications, Shaw Communications Inc., TekSavvy Solutions Inc., Telus Communications Inc., Videotron Ltd., 2251723 Ontario Inc. dba VMedia, and Bell Canada pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court (Canada) dated July 18, 2023, in Federal Court File No. T-1253-23.

The Plaintiffs in this case are Rogers Media Inc. and Groupe TVA Inc. (collectively, the "Plaintiffs").

The Plaintiffs in this case are Le Réseau des sports (RDS) Inc., The Sports Network Inc., CTV Specialty Television Enterprises Inc., and Bell Media Inc. (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”).
