Roam Sweet Roam
- This feature includes maximum download speeds for up to 5 GB of data. Beyond 5 GB, speeds are up to 512 Kbps for the rest of the day, suitable for light web browsing, email and messaging.1 Data speeds reset at 12:00 a.m. (ET) daily.
- † Speed and signal strength may vary due to roaming partner’s network technology, traffic, topography, environmental conditions, network management and other factors.
- Valid each day until 11:59 p.m.(ET) no matter where you're roaming.

- Roam Sweet Roam is available only within certain Virgin Plus U.S. and international roaming partners' coverage areas. Roam Sweet Roam may be incompatible with other roaming features or travel passes on your line that require removal before you can add Roam Sweet Roam.
- Roam Sweet Roam is a pay-per-use feature subject to change without notice, including coverage, rates and usage allowances.
- You will only be charged for a maximum of 20 days per line in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) and a maximum of 20 days per line in other international destinations within the same billing period. Additional charges for data top-ups still apply.
- Premium texts and text-to-landline are not included and are subject to additional charges.
- Roam Sweet Roam is not to be used for roaming permanently or semi-permanently within any Roam Sweet Roam destination(s).
- Certain types of usage will not result in the daily charge, including: making a call to Virgin Plus Care, receiving texts, or using non-chargeable data.
- Phones on Prepaid plans will not work in the U.S. and International destinations as roaming is not available for Prepaid.
Travel Pass
- Travel Passes are compatible with Roam Sweet Roam. If you are enrolled in Roam Sweet Roam, you will only be charged the Travel Pass rate while in eligible destinations.
- Once your Travel Pass expires, if you have Roam Sweet Roam, you’ll get unlimited talk & text to Canada and within your destination, as well as the data from your plan while roaming, for $16/day (valid each day until 11:59PM ET). Beyond 5 GB, speeds are up to 512 Kbps for the rest of the day. Otherwise, pay-per-use rates apply.
- Emails, Visual Voicemail, and apps (including all messaging apps) use data while roaming.
