How can I get 5G network access?
To access the 5G network, you must be using a 5G enabled device, have a 5G SIM with a 5G enabled plan and be in an area that has 5G network coverage. Check out our coverage map to learn more.

How do I know if I have 5G network access?
If you are using a 5G enabled device with a 5G SIM in an area that has access to 5G network coverage, then you will see the 5G icon on the top right corner of your screen.

What is the difference between 4G LTE and 5G network access?
Plans with 4G LTE data speed may reach download speeds of up to 150Mbps, while plans with 5G data speed may reach download speeds of up to 1Gbps. Signal strength, speeds and whether a device uses 5G or 4G LTE depends on various factors including: rate plan, device compatibility and configuration, location, topography, environmental and network conditions, Internet traffic, and whether and how a device is using data.
