  • What is the difference between Crave Basic with Ads and Crave Premium Ad-Free?

    Crave Premium is not available for Virgin Plus mobility Members at this time.

    Crave Basic with Ads and Crave Premium Ad-free both provide access to the same content library, including the latest from HBO, HBO Max, the biggest Hollywood blockbusters and more.

    • Crave Basic with Ads is ideal for individual users across all supported devices. Get one stream at a time with good video resolution of up to 720p.
    • Crave Premium Ad-free is ideal for multiple users across all supported devices. Get our best video resolution up to 1080p, cast to your big screen, download to watch anywhere and watch on up to four streams at the same time.

    *A limited number of titles are unavailable on ad-supported plans due to licensing restrictions. AirPlay, Roku, PS4, PS5 and select Fibe TV HD and 4K receivers are not supported on ad plans.

  • How do I watch Crave with a Virgin Plus mobility subscription?

    Once you have created and linked your Crave account to your Virgin Plus mobility phone number, go to crave.ca, or download the Crave app and follow these instructions:

    1. Select the person icon in the top right corner and select Sign in.
    2. Use the first option to sign in directly through Crave.
    3. Enter the email address and password you used when creating your account.
    4. Start watching.
  • Where can I access Crave?

    Crave Basic with Ads is available on all supported devices through the Crave app, and on the web via crave.ca.

  • Do I need a My Account profile?

    Yes, you’ll need a My Account profile to manage your Crave subscription through Virgin Plus. Learn how to register for My Account.

  • Can I have multiple Crave subscriptions on one Virgin Plus mobility account?

    Yes, you can have more than one Crave subscription per Virgin Plus mobility account. Each eligible line should be linked to its own Crave account.

  • If I already have a Crave subscription through my TV service or crave.ca, can I have multiple Crave subscriptions?

    Yes. You can have multiple Crave subscriptions, if you like. You can also link your Virgin Plus mobility subscription to a crave.ca account by going to Partner Linking under Account Management on the Crave app or crave.ca. Under Account Management, you can also manage or cancel a crave.ca subscription. To modify your Virgin Plus mobility Crave subscription, visit My Account.

  • How is Crave through Virgin Plus different from Crave with a TV subscription or a subscription directly from Crave?

    The same Crave content library is available with all subscription plans, regardless of how you sign up. This includes the latest originals from Crave, HBO, Max and Showtime, the entire HBO library, the biggest Hollywood blockbusters and the best French-language content in Canada. STARZ is not available through Virgin Plus.

    With a Crave subscription from your TV provider (Virgin Plus TV), your monthly Crave subscription is billed by your TV provider. You can access Crave on all of the Crave digital apps as well as get access via your TV provider platforms (e.g. receiver or provider app).

    With a Crave subscription from Virgin Plus mobility, you’ll see a monthly charge for Crave on your Virgin Plus bill.

    With a Crave subscription directly from crave.ca, your monthly subscription is billed by Crave.

    Crave Premium is the only tier available through Virgin Plus TV, and Crave Basic with Ads is the only tier available through Virgin Plus mobility.

  • How can I change or cancel my Crave subscription through Virgin Plus?

    Visit My Account to manage or make any changes to your Crave subscription through Virgin Plus.
