If for some reason the phone you ordered becomes unavailable when it’s time to ship, we’ll send you an email to let you know. You can cancel your order, pick something else, or have your order shipped at a later date.
Pricing and taxes
All prices are in Canadian dollars. For phone purchases, tax is calculated based on the shipping address. For service charges, tax is calculated based on the province where the service is provided.
Making changes to your order
No problem. Have your web order confirmation number handy and contact us. You can find this number on the order confirmation email that is sent to you when you order your phone.

If you choose a monthly plan
All phone purchases are a one-time charge to your Canadian-issued credit card. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted. You can choose a different method of payment for your monthly bill when you register for My Account.
- All orders for phones on a monthly plan have to go through a credit check.
- Make sure your credit card is not maxed out as we charge your credit card a temporary $5 pre-authorization fee. This applies even on $0 phones.
- If you don’t want to do the credit check you can choose a Prepaid plan.

All phone purchases are a one-time charge to your Canadian-issued credit or debit card. No credit check is needed.
