What's the deal?

The governments of certain provinces require Virgin Plus (and all Canadian wireless providers) to remit a 911 service fee.

Unfortunately, due to a system issue, this monthly fee hasn't been charged to your account. But don't worry, no back-charges will be applied.

* Quebec: effective January 1, 2026, the 9-1-1 service fee will increase from $0.54 to $0.55 per month.
