I can't download the My Account app on my phone…what do I do now?
If you have an older model phone, you may not be able to download the My Account app on your phone. No worries, we've got you covered! You can access the My Account app 24/7/365 using your phones browser at https://myaccount.virginplus.ca/mobile or you can access your account from your computer or tablet at virginplus.ca/myaccount. For the best experience, upgrade your phone to a shiny new smartphone and download the My Account app from your app store.
Can I use the My Account app to manage everything in My Account?

I'm on Prepaid. Can I download the app?
If you're on Prepaid, the My Account app won't work on your phone. But you've got options. Check out how to manage your account.
Do I pay for data when using the My Account app?
Nope. We'll never charge you data when you use the My Account app. Plus it works on WiFi, and the red colour scheme makes it perfect for angering bulls, if that's something that might be helpful.
