The pass is activated immediately once you add it to your account and it expires 14 days later. Make sure you add the pass the day your trip starts, before you arrive. (i.e. if you add the pass on Saturday, it will expire the Saturday 14 days later at 11:59PM (ET)). Learn more

Heads-up: The Europe 14-day Travel Pass is compatible with Roam Sweet Roam. If you are enrolled in Roam Sweet Roam, you will only be charged the Travel Pass rate while in eligible destinations*.

Note that the travel pass does not cover roaming on cruise ships or flights.

After 14 days, if you have Roam Sweet Roam, you’ll get unlimited talk & text to Canada and within your destination, as well as the data from your plan while roaming, for $16/day (valid each day until 11:59PM ET). Beyond 5 GB, speeds are up to 512 Kbps for the rest of the day. Otherwise, pay-per-use rates apply.

Emails, Visual Voicemail, and apps (including all messaging apps) use data while roaming.
