How it’s done

To send a text internationally:

1. Enter the exit code for Canada (aka the international access code).
2. Enter the country code + area code + mobile phone number of the person you are texting.
   

   So, for example, if you are texting to a mobile number in the Philippines (country code 63), the complete mobile phone number may look like this:
